Terms and Conditions

Thank you for supporting your child’s school by purchasing Spiritwear! Countrywide Spiritwear is committed to excellence in every aspect of our service. Below we have outlined the terms and conditions of purchase made via this webstore or through our paper order forms that were distributed to all students at your school.

Delivery Method

Standard Ground Shipping is free for students and parents on qualifying original orders. All purchased items (via our webstore or paper order form) will be shipped to the school and will be distributed by administration to each student approximately 10-20 working days from the end date of your school sale. Any backordered items will be shipped in a similar matter as soon as those products become available.

Sizing Options

All of our sizes are standard youth and adult sizes. If your are concerned with how sizes may fit, please order a size up to ensure you will be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom printing, ALL sales are final. No exceptions. Since all shirts are custom printed with your predefined colors/logo/style and we provide samples that can be viewed and inspected for quality before sale, we will not exchange/replace any item due to incorrect size ordered, difference of opinion or mind changes. No exceptions. However, in the event that an item(s) has a flaw or manufacturer’s defect such as seams/discoloration/ink stains caused at printing, Countrywide Spiritwear will refund the Sponsor/Pta/Pto/School the garment in question in full. Countrywide Spiritwear reserves the right to reprint, or refund items in question and are subject to manger's approval.

Ordering

Countrywide Spiritwear is not responsible for any mistakes made by parents or students when ordering and are addressed at the time of discovery. At that time, one of the Countrywide Spiritwear team will attempt to contact the customer via phone, email provided, and lastly by the School Representative in charge of the sale. If no resolve is reached in a timely manner, funds will be refunded to the Sponser and the order will not be processed.
